Martin Catania is the Director of Client Relationship Management for Keno Kozie’s Help Desk Business Department and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors. Martin focuses on managing client relationships, providing oversight to the firm, setting strategic direction for the Keno Kozie Help Desk, and working with Keno Kozie’s account management and operations teams to provide superior services to our customers. He leverages 18 years of legal technology consulting and service operations experience to develop and deliver customized service desk solutions to firms of varying sizes and practices ranging from top AmLAW firms to small boutique clients.
Martin joined Keno Kozie in 1999 as a senior network engineer in the firm’s consulting practice before taking on the job of building out Keno Kozie’s Help Desk practice. As Director of Operations for the Keno Kozie Help Desk, Martin was responsible for taking the business unit 24x7x365, overseeing the onboarding of more than 120 clients, and growing the practice from a small team supporting local and regional customers to 12 million dollar business unit many of the most successful global law firms in the country.
Martin earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with Creative Writing concentration from Illinois Wesleyan University and spends his free time in a variety of personal and charitable pursuits ranging from the arts to the outdoors.
