Shareholder/Managing Director

Eli Nussbaum is a Managing Director and the Director of Business Development at Keno Kozie. He serves on Keno Kozie Associates’ Board of Directors while also managing client accounts. Eli joined Keno Kozie in 1998 on an internship within the firm’s Y2K audit team. Later, he was offered a full-time engineering position and has held varying positions within the Engineering Department, including Director of Engineering. During Eli’s tenure with Keno Kozie, he has focused on physical, virtual, and Cloud infrastructure design and implementation services as well as methodologies and tools to improve his clients’ security posture.

Eli believes that Keno Kozie Associates best serves its clients when we are allowed to act as a true business partner – transactional interactions do not benefit either our clients or Keno Kozie while long term relationships benefit both. This is accomplished in many ways – primarily through providing honest insight and appropriate solutions that satisfy our clients’ IT needs. While keeping budgets in mind when architecting solutions, Eli assists clients in solving their operational concerns with an eye to tomorrow’s needs.

Eli earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is proud to say that he grew up and continues to live in Chicago. Eli resides in Lakeview and spends his free time with his wife, four children, two dogs, six birds and too many fish to count.
